What we keep
Your name and mobile when you order, and what you order.
Who sees it
The store you order from. Its staff see your name and mobile on their devices, including shared counter devices.
Who is responsible
Each store is responsible for its customers’ order details. Buzz handles them for the store.
Why
So staff can hand you your order and reach you about it.
How long
Paid orders: 180 days after payment. Orders never paid: 30 days.
If you sign in
The store also keeps your orders with your account and may send you offers.
Your Buzz account
Buzz keeps your mobile, your password if you set one, and your name and email if you use Google, so you can sign in and keep your orders and points. Buzz is responsible for your account and keeps it until you ask us to delete it.
Payments
Stripe processes your payment, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, and sees the name on your card or wallet. Buzz never sees your card number.
